Food Act registration held with the City of Melbourne — current five-star food-safety rating, audited fortnightly.
3. Responsible service of alcohol
We support and practise responsible service of alcohol. Staff hold current Victorian RSA certificates; service is refused to intoxicated persons and minors without exception.
It is an offence to supply alcohol to a person under 18 or for an intoxicated person to be supplied further liquor. Penalties apply to patrons and the venue alike — please drink responsibly.
Free drinking water is available at all bars and tables at all times, without asking.
4. Responsible gambling
Gaming areas are restricted to patrons aged 18 and over. If gambling is causing harm to you or someone you know, help is free and confidential: Gambler's Help on 1800 858 858 (24 hours) or YourPlay venue support at the concierge desk.
Self-exclusion programs are available through Crown Melbourne's Responsible Gaming Centre — our staff can introduce you privately.
The venue displays mandatory responsible-gambling signage at all gaming entry points as required by the VGCCC.

Rockpool Bar & Grill is presented within the Crown Melbourne complex. All venue photography, copy and branding on this website is the property of Outback Gourmet Grill Pty Ltd or used under licence.
Third-party marks referenced on this site — including Crown Melbourne — remain the property of their owners and are used for identification only.
6. Statutory notices
WARNING — Under the Liquor Control Reform Act 1998 it is an offence to supply alcohol to a person under the age of 18 years (penalty exceeds $19,000) and for a person under 18 to purchase or receive liquor (penalty exceeds $800).
